appreciated our 2 nights here. it was fine, comfy and on the top floors facing east. the staffs were helpful & highly courteous. excellent and marvellous location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel met my requirements. For a 4 star property everything was nice, I enjoyed to be here. The staff was all courteous. The room was fine and beautiful, with with amazing views and the top floors facing east, for instance.

The room was spacious and outstanding, included hypo-allergenic pillows. the hotel was in a good and magnificent location so close to the tourist spots and the Medina. It also was in the city center.

The rooms at Across Hotels & Spa are so cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home with the flat-screen TV and air conditioning. It was a perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring Fes.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower/tub combinations in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference.

The room was amazing, it had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels that kept the kids entertained all day. The air conditioning was a blessing during the hot summer days. We had a great night's sleep thanks to the comfortable amenities. The view from our double room was breathtaking.

Some might find the shower/tub combination in the bathroom a bit inconvenient, but it was still functional for us.
